How Conek collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated · September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data through https://conekmedia.com/ and the services we provide.

Who We Are

The controller of your personal data is C.M. Conek Media Ltd, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 451884, with its registered office at Tassou Papadopoulou 6, Prince Court, Flat/Office 2, 2373, Nicosia, Cyprus (“Conek”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you book a strategy call, submit a contact form, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, phone number, clinic or business name, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we log your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time of visit. This is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Information from our advertising and analytics partners. Where you reach us through an ad, we may receive campaign and attribution data indicating which ad or channel brought you here.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not collect special categories of data through this website. Where we process patient data on behalf of a clinic client, we do so as a processor under that client’s instructions and under a separate agreement. That processing is governed by the clinic’s own privacy notice, not this one.

Why We Process It, and Our Lawful Basis

To respond to you and provide our services — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.

To send marketing communications — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, or our legitimate interest in marketing to existing business contacts.

To measure and improve our advertising and website — our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, balanced against your rights.

To meet legal and accounting obligations — compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your enquiry, your scheduled call, and our services.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You must be 18 or older to opt in.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to remember your preferences, and to measure how our advertising performs. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

Our advertising and analytics partners may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.

Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run our business. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The categories of recipient are:

• Customer relationship, scheduling and communications providers, who host our contact and booking records and deliver our email and text messages on our behalf.
• Payment and financial service providers, who process payments and handle

We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Text message opt-in data is excluded from every category above. It is not shared with any third party, and it is not used for any purpose other than sending you the messages you asked for.

  International Transfers

We are established in the Republic of Cyprus. Several of the providers listed above are established in the United States, so your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is made under an adequacy decision or under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and prospect data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and client records for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Cypriot tax and accounting law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

  Your Rights Under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your personal data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or with the supervisory authority where you live.

Your Rights Under US State Privacy Laws

If you are a resident of California, or of another US state with comparable privacy legislation, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to request a copy of it; to request its deletion; to request correction of inaccurate information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. To make a request, email [email protected].

  Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

  Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
